How can I stay up to date with new feature and experience releases?

You can stay up to date by agreeing to receive updates (user settings) or by signing up to our newsletter (a sign-up form can be found in our website footer)

Buying Experiences

How do I know if the creator is real or not? Look for our Necta verified tick to ensure you are buying an experience from a validated creator. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us to double check!

How much does an experience cost on Necta?

The cost of an experience is set by the individual creator and is not controlled by Necta.

Can a creator increase the price of my existing booking?

No, a creator is not able to increase their prices after accepting a booking.

Can I reschedule an experience?

Yes, assuming you reach an agreement with the experience creator.

What is your refund policy?

You may be eligible for a refund if it is requested 14 days prior to the original scheduled date. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.

What can I do if I am not satisfied with an experience?

If you not satisfied with how an experience was delivered, you may leave feedback for the creator. You are also able to dispute a booking if the experience was not delivered as promised.

How do I get Necta verified?

To become a verified creator, please contact us.

Someone is using my alias, what do I do?

If you find someone to be impersonating you / misusing your alias, please contact us.

Can anyone list and provide experiences to others?

Yes, as long as you agree with our Terms and Conditions and are eligible to create an account.

Are there rules I need to follow when creating an experience?

Please check our Terms and Conditions and Experience Policy for rules around appropriate experiences. If you still have concerns or enquiries, feel free to contact us.

Payment

Are there any deposit limits?

There are no deposit limits on your Necta account.

Are there any transaction costs?

A 1% transaction cost will be applied to all deposits.

What payment methods are available?

We currently support PayPal only. We are working to add additional payment methods.

What happens if I can’t login to my account?

Please use the Forgot Password option on the login page.

My Necta account has been suspended. What should I do?

Your Necta account may be suspended due to abusive / inappropriate behaviour. Please contact us via the contact page if you wish to resolve any issues.

My Necta account has been banned. What should I do?

Your Necta account may be banned due to serious or ongoing abusive / inappropriate behaviour. Please contact us via the contact page if you have any further questions.
